Some more progress. I did the boneweighting, so the animations work again. Also some compiling stuff like his goggles and the gunslinger. Textures still need some final detailing. After that normal and specularmap.

Sry for the lack of updates. I've been working on him hapazardly, so not that much progress. I'm not happy with the hair on the back of his head yet, so that still needs work. I already started retopologizing and I'm going to work further from there.
A couple of people have asked me how I actually went about making these models, whether I sculpt everything and retopo, etc. To answer that: I just use pretty basic box modeling techniques for the bodies, but I do use retopo for the heads.
