Are we talking IK/FK switch? For like arms? I was tought one way that I find works very well. Just refreshed my mind on this earlier this week to make sure I remembered how to. Kind of takes its time and it's easy to forgot some key part, but all the concepts themselves if you look at them individually are not that hard.
