Matroskin - i just press the "bake-super-awesome-normal-and-ao button" jk. Well, honestly its just a lot of practice and understand what kind of geometry your low poly needs to project and hold the map being projected. Your uvs are also important for when it comes time for texturing. Earthquake posted a very cool tutorial… -
