Mad Kudos to all the Vigil folk that worked on Darksiders, I'm playing through it now and loving it. The character art is all just grandma slappingly awesome, and I love that it's slightly cartoonish in terms of proportion and color. It satisfies that deep desire I have to be able to crush my foes by flinging automobiles… -

I finished it twice up to now, and I really liked that there is so much thrown at you. That way you're as confused as War and it helps you (or at least me...) to identify yourself with him. At the and I was really happy dealing with that one annoying thing (I hope that was not too spoilerish...it is inevitable anyways...)… -

The first 1.5 hours, I was really trying to find out where all this 'zelda' gameplay is that they kept talking about in the previews before it came out. I was actually a bit bummed that it felt mostly like a mash-mash-mash God Of War game at first. Once you get about halfway into Tiamat's castle, it really comes out.… -

I really like the look of the pieces of art in the game (especially the FX), some of it is really stunningly good. I want to like it enough to buy it, but some things are really turning me off and keeping me from ponying up the cash. - The main character is completely unsympathetic.
