Yes we look to see if the students have at least done GCSE Art (preferably A-level or BTEC art of some kind too) - if they haven't studied any art related subjects at all they almost always cannot draw. I'm not trying to criticise you or the course here, I've followed the posts here for quite some time and it's clear that the level of the work coming out of Herts is top class, whilst I'm not familiar with all of the courses on the UK, it looks like Herts has gotta be the best, or at least up there. Lots of work starting to come in after the summer, warms my heart. Student room, that's what I like to see, lots of there own drawing for inspiration on the wall. Figure Drawing Website, many of our students warm up for an hour every day before coming in to lessons. Can not wait to see this project animated -

Lots of new Toys :) Motion Capture and a New 3D Printer MORE TO COME SOON.... we have got to iron out the bugs, lots of reading of the manuals and testing the results. See how this one prints out :) ha-ha! I will post up how to get the best 3D results if anyone is interested. Can not wait to see what the students come up… -
