   martinszeme: Yeah, HarlequiN released Volition's "vTools" Photoshop scripts which can save out multiple groups to separate TGAs based on naming conventions. I've written a more lightweight streamlined similar thing for work but I still need to figure out if I can get permission to release it publicly.

   Thanks Mop! Will definitely check them out. Any other workflow/file management improving scripts worth checking out? One more thing about spec. A lot of people create specular maps just black and white and adjust levels but I would strongly suggest against this. Reason is that it makes the surface look bland and most of…
