Hello, I am a bit confused about level specific content and packages. It appears I saved the package as the same name of my level, there-for it's level specific content? How do I then save the content as a .upk package separate from the level?
A quick way to check that it is adding it to the level is to open the content browser and check in the "Scene" tab. If the playerstart is in the list there it is somewhere in the level.
In the static mesh browser (as in double click the static mesh in content browser) and the LODMax Range setting. Then you can also change the LOD distance ratio.
I have both installed, no problem. Sharing UT3's resources into UDk could be a bit more of a hassle, confliting content, 10gb of stuff to transfer, etc...

You know, now that I think about it, the part that makes the least sense for me, is how you need to go into existing content (UDKgame packages) and change that. I prefer to keep my own stuff completely separate from existing content, and the way…
