   Ah dudes.. need your help. I just re installed UT3 because everytime I try and load the ED I get an error. I just got it back and then played the UT Game itself. That worked...but then random error occured. Really pissed off because the editor is fucked again aswell....I just reinstalled 8gb!!!!!!!!

   I got collectors edition day it came out, worked for two weeks then just loaded splash screen and closed no amount of deleting reinstalling etc would sort it, i left it for a month and it worked but noone plays it so a fruitless venture really

   no what they are saying is add your key and register the game with steam and download through there and see if that works. I did this with half life 2 since one of my disks got jacked. *NVM you fixed it.

   Holy crap... it works CF, thanks.. but I uninstalled it for no reason then :) rofl... ouch.

   Easiest and most common fix is to delete the UT3 file in your mygames directory under my documents. But make sure you take out any custom maps or packages you want to keep!

   You could always try activating you copy on steam and see if that works. Also are you running it on vista and if so have you tryed running it in both 32bit compatibility and as a administrator.
