It's not very difficult to write a Target Weld mode like Max's. I wrote one a month or so ago for Maya 2008, only took about 2-3 hours to get something tested and working with no bugs. Nice to see people doing better interactivity with Maya's tools, it's definitely one of the things I miss from Max and other packages.…
