Biggest flaw i see is that your normal map is too cheap for the effect you created. You have a lot of depth and cracks in your diffuse but it doesnt show in your normals at all. Its hard to get this with hand painted textured because of the lack of real geo, so what I would suggest trying to do is using something like…
