The high poly could use a lot more detail. It looks like other than a turbosmooth modifier, the high poly isn't a lot more detailed than the low poly. How do you unwrap it like that? The only way I read to do that is to manually painstakingly select each polygon and stuff like that. Any way to speed it up? I can't find any good tutorials on that.
