GDC 2009 March 23-27
After the dismal Polycount failure that was GDC08, I want to know who is going to come out for GDC09- I know attendance will be less than last year because the economy sucks, but I want to know who will be there. Oh and the real reason I made this thread is because I'm on a panel this year:… -

Ahh, cool news Rob! Hah! Jeff Hanna used to be our Senior Tech Artist at Mythic. I would love to go, I just need to find out how. :S -

I'll be there. www.retrogradegame.com is up for Design, Audio, and I think Audience awards at IGF! So I'll definitely be there supporting that. -

You are going to get MUCH more practical knowledge from GDC than you do from SIGGRAPH. GDC is far less technical and much more production-centric in its topics (SIGGRAPH is awesome, but in a different way). -

Sweet, I was looking earlier and didn't see alot of art related stuff this year, and decided to spend the cash on Siggraph this year. :( -
