Thanks for the paintover ZacD, it helps :) edit: worked it a bit more... It's still the same 500 poly's with meshsmooth on x2 since the last render. ps: should I make the body before sculpting this head? It will have clothes on: a string vest, trousers and boots etc.

A little bit of TF2 work. The Olives are custom and the tex needs a little love. Don't even know the polycount off hand, probably less than 500. Everything else is stock resources so far. Working on skybox, probably a few more objects and decals. For size reference the bites in the sandviches are 'doors', a little taller…
500 triangles 1x256 normal, diffuse (and spec but it doesnt do much :p) All handpainted, except for the normals... and a topology from hell! Some shader tests tweaking metal specularity, working with in shader overlays of AOs, etc... Trying to get as much use out of the base metals textures we have for The Dark Mod http://thedarkmod.com (beta 1.0 has been publically released and there are 4 missions to play if anyone likes Thiefy gameplay)…
thanks for the feedback. i posted this into the >500 section. got him down to 450. still looks ok, the feet lost out the most, did a 256 to answer the questions. concept painting i did in photoshop, based off a scanned sketch i drew. concept was used for most of the texture. i dont know how to use Zbrush/body paint things…
