Always great learning examples from you Blaizer. You find complexity in the simplest of things, and you simplify the most complex forms. I'd also like to give a shout-out to the Google translator. I'm pretty sure it's magic.
Davidson3D my favourite is teh detail of the plates on his back and his old & dry looking elbows. Here's a progress shot from my lunch hour. I did the clouds and got the tree's duplicated in the back. I'll save the leaf magic for home this evening.
Ain't much to copy, really. You push a line in, you pull out on either side of it, wrinkles magically appear! I think I'm overdoing them, though; his cap looks more like a rubber swimming cap than leather. I probably ought to ease up on the wrinkles a bit. Here's a teeny little update:

The idea of the scene is how windy it is, or would be, up this high in the sky. Overtime tree's adapt to their surroundings so I am building them to look wind swept.
