just because you're 15 doesn't mean you shouldn't look at the tutorials. There's a couple 15 year olds on the forums that are doing awesome stuff. :) Grow a thicker skin, if you've been using it for 2 years then uv layouts should be a breeze. Polycounts is about tough love, there's plenty of tutorials out there for…
You could always google it, but when I was learning I found this tutorial helpful: http://waylon-art.com/uvw_tutorial/uvwtut_01.html (btw, I'm guessing you want a tutorial for max, cause your screen grabs are from 3ds max).
insulting? one of the best things max users can do to learn 3d is to use the tutorials within the program. Better than a lot of online tutorials and its right at your fingertips. I'll still reference back to them if I need to refresh myself on something. and fyi , I'm not your mate. :)
Hey mate uhm, I'm 15. I've been using max for around 2 years on and off. How many 15 years olds can do that? Thats insulting to point me to the tutorials mate.
seems you got a bit of studying to do with 3d. since you seem to be using max just go to ...help option on the top menu and select tutorials....and you'll find all the help you need.
It's insulting to want us to hold your hand, when some much better artists have already written down everything they know on the subject. You know, in the form of a tutorial... Dekard's right, you know. Grow some thicker skin, or you won't get very much out of Polycount. And there's so very much to learn here!
