depends on what direction you want to go with zbrush. Meats does amazing stuff for illustration type stuff - but his sculpting isn't the most accurate. you can't go wrong here: http://gnomonology.com/prod/19 more zbrush dvds than u can shake a stick at

Just an FYI the dvd i was referring to is an introduction on using the tools in zbrush not on how to make art per se. So his personal style was not what the dvd is about.
