Perfectblue - nope, painting over greyscale is tedious, i find it requires too much effort to get the results i want, i essentially have to repaint the picture entirely because i dont like mediocre job layer modes achieve. I do like that witchdoctor and those two roman guys up there. I really like looking into your sketchbook and wonder how good you have become since my last visit! Keep it up, keep it up! Its a shame none of your following sketches had the potential like the one from 10.1.2011! That really has some power to it! -

did this for the other thingy more planes rendering, less "licking" focus on the big forms, if u render the front of his brow-plane in a certain way u should do the same for his nose and so forth down, its all the front plane of the head, which is being struck from lightsource x. just think of this rather than dwell into… -
