What you might want to do is grab the pencil tool and define the edges some more, pencil tool is not anti-aliased and will result in a more crisp texture on lower resolutions. Also you might want to up the contrast on the face , you can hardly distinguish the eyes and mouth from the rest.

I also re-worked the eyes, and added a very slight red hue to the lips to make them stand out more. I'll probably chalk this guy up…
