Just wrapped up my graduation finals, first one online is my 2d (didnt spend as much time on this as my 3d, which should be online shortly) All hand drawn, (except for a couple animated BG's in 3d) cleaned, vectorized then coloured, assembled in Toonboom and after effects. Final drawing count came just under 1400 frames.…
yeah, the 3d had way more restrictions and deadlines were set by the instructor which led to many weird work flow problems, like uv mapping after animation was near finalized. I mainly wanted to show my environment skills with the 3d, but thats hard to do when you only have 60 seconds to tell a story at the same time
Pretty nice. Some of the cuts were a little harsh, but over all really nice and funny. The 3D one for some reason seemed ab it rushed compared to the 2d one. Did you have more problems making that one? Alex
