You could also tweak the tangents on the animation curves... Windows > Animation Editor > Graph Editor or where the keyframes are located... Windows > Animation Editor > Dope Sheet
So I'm working on my 3d final and I'm running into some unforeseen timing issues with the animation, I'm quite happy with how the animation is playing so i'd like to preserve it as much as possible, but what I'm wondering is, whats the best way to adjust your timing after the near final animation is already in place?
In lieu of some whacky new plugin I don't know about ... grab keys and slide/scale 'em. Depending on how the keys are dispersed, it could be an easy tweak or could take ages.
