1. Contract examples?

   Hi everyone, I am a student and recently interested in working for a small private game project. It's volunteer job but I would like to have my work in this project in my portfolio(no matter the game will be a success or not.) Anyone has an example contract or links that I can have a reference? Thank you very much.

   if they have you sign a non discolsure agreement then you can't use it. If you havent signed anything then you can. i suppose you haven't tried just asking them?

   I don't know, if they're not paying you, I would assume that you'd have rights over everything. but here's a contract I use for my freelance jobs, unless the client provides one to me first. it's pretty basic, but it's done me well. http://flesh-machine.com/Contract.pdf
