i think your lighting is pretty strong there mate and you are loosing any kind of textural detail you have on your diffuse. Is this just straight diffuse or does it use other passes? I would suggest adding some broader detail to your textures, they're a bit too fine and dont really contain and medium or large detail in them, especially the main texture of the building.
