   Checkout www.videocopilot.net. He does really fantastic tutorials for free on those sorts of shots. generally better quality too. He does a little advertising in his tutorials but it doesnt compromise them at all. He's a very cool guy. http://www.videocopilot.net/tutorial/advanced_time_freeze/
