What skill level are you at right now? 3D Game Textures: Create Professional Game Art Using Photoshop is pretty good, the tutorials rely on filters too much so if you just breeze through the tutorials without paying attention to what is being done you won't learn anything. Ben Mathis (Poopinmymouth) has some great tutorials up on his site. http://poopinmymouth.com So does Dave King (though I think his are a bit more advanced) http://www.daveking.com.au/ The Gnomon workshops have some great dvd's for sale as well. And there are many other great tutorials available on the net.
