The sphere was simply my example of an object to demonstrate just exactly what the program was doing when a texture was applied CORRECTLY. Your smart ass comment however, is appreciated. -

It was actually a bug in the program. It had nothing to do with the textures or the UV's. I was simply using the sphere as an example with a random texture to show what the program was doing. You guys obviously had never seen this before. thanks for the input tho. -
