There's not too many other places to go to if you want to do games in Sweden so they don't have to compete. I know their leads make more but I doubt it comes close to US lead $$. -

Tell you what, if I ever went to codies again, I'd demand to have the interview before the test. 3 hours of tests before finding out in the interview that the job had nothing to offer me was a waste of my entire day. 60k for a lead is not a stupid amount at all.
