@creationtwentytwo: at such low texturesizes always, always, always, work in the target res, downsizing will lead to rework on the target size, you don't have to if you work on size right away
Barrel looks good but the target could read better. You can either make the wood a lot darker and less saturated to make the red pop, or make the red target darker almost black red. The 2 elements blend together too much right now.

the tail problem was I linked the tail target to the lower body, I changed it, worked with the IK a little bit and I think its looking a lot better, theres also a bit more kick in the walk now.
Lelouch/Zero from the anime Code Geass. I targeted this model for the PSP. Tricount is 1,507 including the helmet and cape, and has 2 256x256 maps. I plan to rig this model and set up some poses.
