JadeEyePanda Just in case you still want to work on him. Those three areas need some work in my opinion: -arms shape -shoes looks like a sport type -leg armor has a texture that doesn´t make sense
Sorry for the late reply... @JadeEyePanda Thanks for your criticism! I definitely agree, it looks pretty boxy. I might go back and fix that @Blitzwood Thanks, I'm glad you like it! I could see it being in some weird zelda minecraft spinoff game :)
@JadeEyePanda The game this is going to be in isn't using specular maps. @irloading I already had some gradients going on this, but whenever I try to bring them out more I over do it. More progress: I darkened the concrete added more metal bits and added more rust. Also tried messing around with the gradients.
@jucarave, few posts above JadeEyePanda shared a link to the great article about limb topology - please, check it and apply some improvements to your mesh - then rigging will be easier ;) Another thing to change is to separate shoulderguards from the rest of the character, you don't want them to deform and they can cause…

I wanted to grasp the saggy pants and smooth figure of the body, as well as 5 fully operable fingers. I wanted fully polygonal hair for animation…
JadeEyePanda - I still don't understand why you have all that extra geometry down the nose and across the canopy, and your wings still have bevels on them that don't do anything for the silhouette. What platform did you have in mind with making this? If it's mobile, then the extra geometry doesn't make sense, and the…
JadeEyePanda while it still looks good, your concept has SOOOO much character, and I feel like all of it is lost in your actual model. Your concept is so stylized and perfectly proportioned that it's just awesome. Your model goes a more realistic approach and I don't think you are doing yourself justice. IMO try to nail…
@JadeEyePanda: Thanks! I am going to try to get the other members of the team to post their stuff as well, including some sweet character art! @PolyHertz: Thank you! The interface was built with unique textures because our programmers asked us to do it that way, I believe it had something to do with the engine we worked…
