Jpg ,Alpha and Anime Don't mix. Jpg plus Alpha makes the opacity map look blurry and low resolution. Use Tga And I just plain don't like anime... -

Well, the arms are too long and I think the waist is too narrow and the neck too long. Plus the shoulders are way too bulky compared to the rest. -

It needs a LOT of work on the proportions (and I see you like Bleach as well). Grab some refs and get a better understanding of anatomy. Even masters still use refs. -

his head seems to been half eaten dunno man, i would seriously review proportion and loops cause i see some bad deformation
