Sf: yeah, it is, but it won't sync with anything else for some reason, which is the reason i went looking for a better solution. I think you might have to contact a widget maker and have a custom widget made up. I don't think there is one that does all of what you want. Of course I bet the widgeteers out there will tell you go make your own or would charge you =P Then again widgets can only take you so far... I hope you find what you are looking… -

MightyPea, for time tracking simply open notepad. When you start working hit F5. WHen you're done, hit F5 again. Thats what I did when I wanted to get faster at modelling - thanks to Pak. -

I think the calendar that is build into KDE (Linux desktop manager) should be doing all what you are describing nicely integrated into the OS. But I am not 100% sure as I am a Gnome user (but thinking about switching to KDE).
