Pushups, situps/crunches, pullups, no weight squats (lots), and jumprope. Buy yourself a 10 dollar jumprope. It is a great workout that you can do while watching TV. I do it a ton during winter months instead of running when it gets really nasty and rainy. Try going for a half hour straight, it's a real challenge.
