   Pixia. Is good for 2d painting. I just don't like the way it Blinks whenever u undo.    http://aoi.sourceforge.net/index Art of Illusion Runs just about everywhere since it is written in Java and supports animations. But haven't really tried it yet.

   There is a program called "Plastic Animation Paper" you can google for which is pretty good. The software is pretty cheap, but there is also a shareware version which doesnt disable too many features if I remember correctly
