I didn't checked on any references.. but the detail/scale of the worn out metal seems to be more fitting to for example some smaller thing like maybe a painted toolbox (??) or of the metal case would be thicker and will be worn out very much like for example some forklift.. now i checked and.. .. it seems you got the… -

Both are nice example of a "gadget" with is explicitely build for such "heavy usage" and do maybe have some metal casing which could wear of that much.. but i still think something like a jukebox is more for being used inside and mostly made out of wood and some very thin metalic sheats for the "chrome look". In the attached pic with 4 examples, the first was an Eevee Product Viz version, the others are Marmoset Toolbag with Substance Painter Texture work.
