wasn't it Andrew Wilson, not Bobby Two-Horns who brought gatcha over to the western market in the form of lootboxes? And Epic got in touch with Mike Prinke, last I heard that issue was resolved. -

And? You mistake me for someone who's invested in this sphere. A friendly reminder we got documented proof Bobby Kotick came up with lootboxes while doing coke from a minor's tummy at the Epstein's Funny Farm. He's doing great btw. Oh yeah that was the beginning of mainstream micro transactions I thought we were speaking in terms of lootboxes. Prior to Oblivion I don't know how many people played or know of Gunbound but this game had microtransactions as early as 2003 -

I always thought Valve started the lootbox trend in the west with TF2 when they introduced hat cosmetics.
