Found a pie menu at https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/3ds-max-ideas/pie-menu-for-quick-creation-editing/idi-p/6797398 . Maybe it is the same script mentioned by @Revel. But looks like it requires understanding of maxscript to make it a fully functional pie menu which i don't have.
Blender 3.0 doesn't even run on my old hardware, LOL. At least max as new as 2022 can run on it albeit laggingly.
