It's looking better. Have you picked a specific piece of concept art or model reference as your target yet? If so you should post it so we can give you better feedback. The eyes should probably have a more streamlined curve to them and overall be more cat eye/anime-ish.

Sorry for the VERY late reply, here's some progress I made with the model as it stands currently. As of now they eyes get the biggest focus, I'm hoping they look 'natural' as anime eyes, even as spheres. Feel free to comment on its current state.
