   The Wiki gives the link to http://www.squirrelyjones.com/public/feathers.pdf which is gone and not in the WayBack machine. WE do have his fur tut at http://wiki.polycount.com/w/images/8/80/Squirrelyjones_fur.pdf

   I don't have it, but on his old blog, he says people regularly email him for it; so could be worth reaching out to him directly, if no one here seems to have it!
