Yes and it'll be overkill for most things, if you're happy to hear that. Also if you're also doing lots of simulations make sure to get a decent amount of RAM, possibly upwards of 64GB. If you're getting a Ryzen 5000 series, I'd recommend making sure this RAM is 3600Mhz (but no higher) to make use of their InfinityFabric.…
