alsohow can I give that straw texture on each of them ? I should redo the whole object from scratch to do that?

All it needs is just some random color variation like in your last photo. 3d max should has Selection> random somewhere in top tabs if I remember correctly working in sub-object. Then just give it 2-3 mat ids
