   I suggest that you just watch some tutorials about the basics of SD. The resolution is inherited as you go further with your node tree, so try changing the resolution on some of the leftmost nodes.

   There is a document wide resolution you can/should set. Double click on empty space and adjust the Output Size. Your nodes then should be set to Relative resolution so they would pick that number up.
