Couple quick points: 1. In comparison to Frannys sculpt yours looks too soft and mushy, without many hard, defined planes for light to bounce against. Thanks, Nosslak, I totally see what you mean. I removed a lot of the original baked normal detail because it didn't look like you could walk on the platform. That right away should have been an indication to go back to the sculpt. Also finding some closer references really helped me see what you mean by the stonework…
