Are u using Arnold? It seems to me that the max height values are pretty high, so your model appears to be "fluffy", cause the volume is not just misplaced as it is "swollen" and even hitting the bounding box.
I wont use displacement at all in your case. The texture you are using i just one flat color with some letters. Arnold is exactly doing what this texture tells it. I recommend to combine this heightmap into your normalmap.
