Most people I know never don't own 4k tvs... As for the Internet thing, most people I know have enough trouble already streaming 4k videos on Youtube...so streaming a Next Gen AAA title seems even more of a ridiculous stretch. Where i live, i'm still one of the few people with a 1080p TV. But it's because i don't watch the TV. BTW, the broadcast in my country is in 4K since early spring 2018. 4K HDR TVs is what almost all people owns in my neighborhood. We can buy a 50" 4K TV with HDR for less than 500€. Much cheaper than a decent PC monitor…
This is a slippery slope, by running everything in the cloud; one being, if something goes down and you loose hours or days of work. Paper and pen will always come in handy.
