   Hi,looking at your requirements,this is not a job for one single person.It can be ,but finding the person may be very difficult and even if you get lucky,he will be demanding a lot.I suggest you break your requirement into parts as per animation pipeline.Modelling artist, rigging and animation and a compositing artist.
