I feel like the scale is off - either the vats are too small, or the rest is too big - tiles on every structural surface create alot of noise, break it up by introducing some non-pattern smoother surfaces
This is shaping up really nicely! Superb job so far! I think you should add more polys to the cylinders/brewery things. If you would play this in a FPS view they would seem quite boxy right now, and as they are so central to the piece you could give them some more love.
