   Driver version 6.3.15-3 works on Windows 10 Build 1709 with my cintiq 21UX http://cdn.wacom.com/u/productsupport/drivers/win/professional/WacomTablet_6.3.15-3.exe

   The 21UX do not have any touch features. There is no need for any CD, don't believe any of that nonsense. On Win7, driver 6.3.11w3 works for the black 21UX. No idea about Win10, and not sure if that applies to the grey ones too. The 21UX series may be old and they have quite a bit of parallax, but they have better latency…

   I kept trying drivers, including 6.3.15-3 but finally this link solved it. You must uninstall all old drivers. Read carefully. Old 21UX Cintiq, Windows 10, problem SOLVED, hell yes! Immediately the pen and cursor stayed together, and it let me calibrate through the Wacom tool:…

   yeah it was used I returned it I think the usb was bad on it

   Have you tried another pen? It should work with the intuos 3 and possibly 4 pens

   @PolyHertz Windows 10 lol and yeah I already tried it on three other pcs that were win 7 I think its just dead honestly.

    If you're desperate, could try installing an older OS like windows 7 and run it on that. (You haven't actually said what hardware/OS you're running though)
