Hey, i'm getting this error, the default blender baking tools are working fine, but this error keeps popping up, i think that maybe a bug, but if not, whats the ''workaround''
Gooday, i found to have the following error over and over again when i import 2 different objects into my scene. Next to the fact that the models arnt neat i dont understand how to work around the error, tried using other textool versions but the error keeps coming. What is the fix?
@renderhjs The rectify is still having that error issue. I also noticed this error comes up with uvsquares addon when usng the To Grid by shape or To square Grid. I am not sure if the latest Blender versions have broken something that makes this feature work.
I get errors quite often with rectify, it works well, then suddenly stops, there is any work around for that or maybe is something that i am doing wrong?
Hi Super addon. I am trying 1.3.0 out on 2.82. Yesterday it was working but I must have done something because my hipoly meshes are showing errors in the bake list. I have named them appropriately. The low poly shows no warning but when I hit bake I get an error that says no lowpoly in the list. The lowpoly has uvs…
@Gazu It works correctly for me using both the Seams From Islands tool and Textools' UV Smoothing tool. I installed SavMartin's port from here by downloading the zip and installing it as an addon in RC3. No error messages and I could use it right away through the UV editor > right sidebar > Textools tab. If you can't get…
I've been having this issue as well, and apparently so have many others. I found that the error was a lot less prevalent when I applied scale and/or averaged the UVs
Unsure if this is a related issue or not. Have been using "apply" texel density fine until now (although one quirk is I had to set "pixels per 1 unit" to 2, even though my subdivisions per unit is 16). However, upon hitting "apply" just now I received the below error: AttributeError: 'TexPaintSlot' object has no attribute…
@renderhjs Hey mate, is it working in 2.8? My baking rollout is completely blank. If I click on 'create uv mesh' an error pops up and then the baking rollout appears, but all the options are greyed out? I'm 100% this isn't supposed to be the case. Anyone else tested in 2.8?
Thank you for all of the work you put in, I should have clarified I was sticking to 3.6 for unwrapping for my project because as of 4.0 Blender's unwrapping still isn't all that great without addons like textools. I hope one day the editor gets a serious pass. I see that you closed issue on the straight function,…
