I'd continue sculpting. Right now, the medium forms of the sculpt are blobby. There's few places where the sihlouette is different and sharp, as oppsoed to round and soft
:D I been at it for 2-3 years I think. I always think I should get a cintiq, but they are quite expensive. I got a bamboo, but I never use it. The mouse has been good to me. But even I recommend you to get a wacom in the long run. I would not say it's such a rush yet, since you are mostly learning the software.

You're not going to get far, most likely. I have yet to hear of an artist, with full faculty, get very far with a mouse with 3D Sculpting. I hhighly recommend looking into getting a used Bamboo.
Not quite. You're missing a lot of the harder edge "lines" of the sculpt he has. Do you notice he posted Dropbox project files in the Youtube description?
