Hello i'm trying to blend two animations from mixamo in 3dmax. i'm working on a game and i'm trying to blend the melee disarm animation into the idle animation; i ca't interplate the position and the rotation of the bones (i'm a programmer but i know a little about 3dmax), i know how to interpolate a box without bones but…
i did that, i have both animation on one skeleton, worked without any problem, my problem now is how can i blend (make a smooth transition) from the last frame of the first animation with the begin frame of the second one ? is there a easy way to blend the two animations?
hello, yes i 'm trying to blend both animations to play a smooth transition in a game. The problem is that i'm a programmer, i'm trying to make the blend between these two animations in ue4 with some blend nodes in the animation blueprint without any success. if anyone have a good doc or tutorial to create the blend…

Just create two XAF, then mix them together. It's a quick process when you know how, but can seem very tedious to setup on your…
Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you are trying to do, but from what I see this is the UE4 mannequin skeleton so I'm assuming you want to play the animation inside Unreal later. Why don't you blend them with state machines inside your game?
What parts of the help file have you read so far ? I haven't worked with character rigs for awhile, and I'd defer to animators, but in lieu of one of them chiming in I'd suggest starting with something like this. http://help.autodesk.com/view/3DSMAX/2018/ENU/?guid=GUID-ACAD407C-B079-4DAB-9DD0-6C8DC22389EF
