I'd say either there aren't enough people that might be your target zone in Polycount or they aren't bothered to continue reading because of the presentation. One thing to keep in mind is that these days your biggest target audience is most probably on Facebook groups (ten thousand Hours, Level Up, etc...) and not on… -

I'm sorry that you feel that you don't get any appreciation for your work, but it might be what @pior and @Fansub are saying with that they are drowning in too much written information, or is just not the tools that the community wants/needs at this point.
